Who should participate?
Recommended participants include a cross-functional team comprised of 8 to 10 people, including development team members, executive and board leadership, and development committee members. Talk with us. We’ll help you identify the ideal team.
Note that Fundraising Transformed recommends no more than one or two weeks between virtual sessions.
Investment
Schedule a 30-minute conversation with Tammy to see if this intensive is right for your organization. Includes a pre-session data self-assessment and analysis, board participation and fundraising effectiveness questionnaire and analysis, sixteen hours of virtual or in-person training for up to 10 participants including materials, and 6-hours of virtual coaching post-intensive.
Format
Virtual Option: Facilitated online in a four-part training series. Each online training session is four hours in duration for a total of 16 hours of LIVE virtual training.
In-person Option: Facilitated at your location in a two-day intensive training, for a total of 16 hours of in-person training. Client provides food and beverage for workshop participants, and reimburses Fundraising Transformed for travel and lodging expenses.
